The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) announces thatย 23,782 elementary teachersย out ofย 50,593 examinees (47.01%)ย andย 53,995 secondary teachersย out ofย 95,969 examinees (56.26%)ย successfully passed theย Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (L. E. P. T.)ย given lastย September 24, 2023ย inย Bangkok, Thailandย and inย 40ย testing centers all over theย Philippines. It is further announced that of the 23,782 elementary teacher passers,ย 16,716ย areย first timersย andย 7,066ย areย repeaters. For the secondary teachers,ย 39,979ย passers areย first timersย andย 14,016ย areย repeaters.
