Michael L. Tadulan is a Doctor of Education in Educational Administration unit earner at the University of Southern Philippines Foundation, Cebu City.
He graduated Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Administration at the Bukidnon State University in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, as a recipient of the BSU-DepEd scholarship program in SY 2011-2012.
He is also a graduate of Bachelor in Elementary Education with English as area of concentration at the Caraga Institute of Technology, Kitcharao, Agusan del Norte. He has been employed in DepEd for the past 18 years, serving 13 years as classroom teacher and 5 years as school head until present.
He was once awarded as Outstanding Elementary Teacher of the entire Agusan del Norte Division in 2017. A DepEd K-12 trainer in the Division of Agusan del Norte .A facilitator and speaker of DepEd programs and projects both in the Division and Region. He is also a part-time College Instructor of the Caraga Institute of Technology and a lecturer of the Carl Balita Review Center.
