Brice Enterprises is a single proprietorship registered in the City of Caloocan with official business address at the 4F PPI (Pag-ibig Fund) Building, 355 EDSA Balintawak, Caloocan City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Brice Enterprises was formed in July 2014 for the management and operation of the Carl E. Balita Review Center (CBRC) franchise. It officially started operations on September 2014. It is owned and managed by Eric Christian G. Binayas.

Doing business as CBRC Caloocan, the center offers review programs for LET, NLE, Criminology, Civil Service and Psychometricians and Psychologists.
CBRC Caloocan has a satellite branch in North Caloocan and partners with colleges and universities within the territory. CBRC Caloocan holds office at the fourth floor of the Puritan Philippines, Inc. (PPI), and occupies an area of between 250 to roughly 750 square meter floor area with two (2) large rooms accommodating 200+ students each and multiple small rooms able to accommodate (100) students each, fully air-conditioned with corporate training room set-up. Expansion rooms maybe tapped with a seating capacity of 200 to 300 students. Fully utilized, CBRC Caloocan EDSA could seat 900 people.
CBRC Caloocan North is an alliance with the St. Joseph College of Novaliches, Inc (SJCNI), a private school and located along Camarin Road corner Congressional Avenue, Vicas, North Caloocan. It has a capacity of 350 seats and a further 250 upon request.

Number of Programs Offered
Despite the pandemic, CBRC Caloocan managed to offer the Core Review Programs and saw improvement in 2022 with the gradual reopening of the economy.
COVID-19 and the lockdowns gave impetus to emerging programs and the online mode of delivery. CBRC Caloocan managed to attract enrollees to 7 additional new programs during the period.
